Career Opportunities
Deciding on your post-MBA career is a critical aspect of your MBA experience. You will work closely with the Office of Career Development staff on a personalized, one-on-one basis to make these critical decisions.
Starting at orientation, you will identify target organizations, industries, and functional areas through the execution of your individualized career search strategy that we partner with you to create. The career search process prepares you to position yourself for opportunities that are a good fit for you and leverage your interests, skills, and past experiences.
The Office of Career Development (OCD) manages the internship and full-time recruiting processes. We utilize Wildcat JobLink to manage both of these processes. OCD hosts companies when they visit to meet and interview our students for opportunities within their organizations. We also promote opportunities with organizations that may not participate in on-campus recruiting to supplement your overall career search.
A significant number of students work closely with the Office of Career Development to develop a customized or targeted job search to meet their initial career needs.
